This workshop is open to all adults – men, women, and non-binary.
Whether you are single or in a couple, of any sexual orientation, and whether you are a beginner or experienced, you are welcome. -
Not at all. The workshops are open to everyone, whether you come alone or accompanied.

No, nudity is not required.
We simply recommend wearing clothing that is close-fitting, comfortable, soft, and allows for free movement — such as light, flexible fabrics that feel good on the skin.
